Toledo Lead Ordinance

In 2020, the City of Toledo passed an ordinance for rental properties with 1-4 units built before 1978 to get a Lead-Safe Certificate from the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department. You must pass a lead assessment and submit it to the city to obtain this certificate. The certificate is good for 5 years.
